Reconstruct, repair or re-manufacture metallic spare parts
Metal parts often fail not because they can't be made, but because of missing data, low volumes or uneconomical classical supply chains.
Metal Recovery combines analysis, additive metal manufacturing, welding, machining and inspection into a technical spare-part process.
Additive metal manufacturing here means: material is built up only where it is needed. The relevant functional surfaces are then produced by machining and inspection.
A metal part is no longer available, but the existing legacy part still shows installation points, functional surfaces and base geometry.
We reconstruct the intended technical geometry, choose the suitable material and select the economically fitting manufacturing route.
Metal Recovery does not replace technical release by claims. For pressure-bearing, safety-relevant or approval-bound parts, the proof path is defined before manufacturing.
